Data deletion

You can ask us to delete the information HOAist holds about you, including your phone number, name, messages and photos.

How to request deletion

1. On WhatsApp: send the message DELETE MY DATA to the HOAist agent you have been chatting with (for the demo, +1 561-878-0275 (WhatsApp)).
2. By email: email privacy@hoaist.com with the subject "DELETE MY DATA" and include the WhatsApp phone number you used.

What happens next

• We may confirm the request comes from the owner of the phone number.
• We process deletion requests within 30 days and confirm when done.
• Demo visitor data is already deleted automatically after 7 days.
• For real communities, the association may be required by law to keep certain official records. If so, we will tell you what was kept and why.
• Backup copies expire on their normal rolling schedule.

Messages are also processed by WhatsApp (Meta). To delete data held by WhatsApp itself, use WhatsApp's settings or see WhatsApp's privacy policy.
